Chanel Photography is actively booking sessions. Should a stay at home order be issued either by the federal government, state government, or the county our studio resides in - AACo - for the safety and well being of all our families, non-refundable retainers will be transferred to a future dates. Chanel Photography’s top priority has always been and continues to be the health and safety of our families. We have always taken a very proactive approach to health and safety during sessions. We have added additional precautions to mitigate any risks.
Please Note: Whether it’s COVID, a flu, a cold, etc. it is absolutely not ok for anyone to arrive to a session with any symptoms. Including but not limited to fever, cough, sore throat, runny nose, congestion, nausea, vomiting, and headache. If anyone arrives to any session and is visibly symptomatic, as stated in the signed client agreement, you will be turned away immediately and the session will be rescheduled.
ALL CLIENTS WHO ARE NOT BEING PHOTOGRAPHED MUST BE MASKED.
You are NOT to show up sick.
You are NOT to show up if you have had a fever within 24 hours.
You are NOT to come in knowingly being exposed to someone who has had the virus.
IF you find out AFTER your session that you have COVID or the FLU or any other illness - please do not be SHY.
PLEASE INFORM US asap!
As greatly expressed; NO monies are refunded for cancelling/postponement for COVID but a credit will be issued.
Your 50% RETAINER will be retained to cover loss of prop rentals/rental of studio space/payment of assistants and loss of business.
Our setups for minis are perfect by themselves but if you would love to have props, we are asking that clients provide them til this pandemic is over.
This is to prevent high touch items going into the hands/mouths/eyes of our smallest clients.
Masks required if you are NOT going to be on camera.
ALL CLIENTS MUST WASH THEIR HANDS IMMEDIATELY UPON ENTERING THE STUDIO.
$50% Retainer will be RETAINED for any cancellations/rescheduling due to COVID sickness/symptoms due to loss of money on our end.
Clients are to provide any props/blankets/pillows/touched items especially involving young kids/babies
One client [aside from anyone in our hair/makeup room] will be present at a time. All others need to wait outside the studio door.
If you are late to your session - we cannot extend it due to rental times and/or cleaning time between clients.
PORTRAIT SESSIONS :
Fully your choice of props to bring. We suggest a blanket for ground poses OR a mini chair or crate or bucket/tub to place a child on or near. Bubbles are always a winner but can be messy! If the session is themed; talk to us about our suggestions!
CAKE SMASHES :
Have fun or keep it simple - clients are to provide all decor, furniture that we do not already have AND the food item being consumed. [Be creative - doesn't just have to be cake!] If you are bringing glitter into the studio - please let us know so we can add extra time for clean up!
TIP : Bring water wipes/towel/change of clothes & bag for dirty items! If you are having a dark dyed cake - please notify us as we may put temp flooring down to prevent staining.
I will provide main furniture - anything edible or prop MUST be provided by you during this time : Mugs, Treats, Stuffed animals, etc
You must bring in your OWN sheets/blankets/pillows and props. Please show up an extra 5 minutes early so we may swap bedding for you! The bed we use is a queen [so queen or king is fine]
